Design Thinking is an innovation and creative problem-solving process that has a human focus. It enables the best outcomes and experiences possible for the end-user, whilst meeting the requirement for business success. It’s an excellent approach for complex issues that have a range of different stakeholders.

In a fast-paced and fun environment, this workshop will allow participants to jump in and use Design Thinking tools to develop an innovative eco-system that would succeed within a tertiary education institute. They will come away with new skills and a fresh perspective on how to create change.

This workshop will include the following topics and outcomes:

  • Learn to embed innovation into your area of influence at UC
  • Gain a high-level understanding about the power and process of design thinking
  • Receive strategies on how to empower your team to become part of this cultural change
