It’s an exciting time to be a property developer.
This morning, the Australian Financial Review published the BRW Young Rich list for 2016. Canberra’s most ambitious builder, Nick Georgalis, made it to No. 17, with an estimated net worth of $144 million.

It’s an impressive change from last year. Geocon’s founder and sole-owner was 36th on the list in 2015 with an estimated $72 million.
In news that will surprise no-one, Atlassian co-owners, Mike Cannon-Brookes & Scott Farquhar, topped the list with $4.68 billion (up from $2.3 billion).
