Stevie Awards: 17 Aussies recognised globally

Seventeen Australian organizations are among the winners of a Stevie Award, the world's only international, all-encompassing business awards program.

The 15th Annual International Business Awards, nicknamed the Stevies from the Greek word for "crowned," recognize outstanding performances in the workplace worldwide.

In 2018, Australian organizations won 14 Gold, 14 Silver and seven Bronze Stevie Awards in a variety of categories.

The Female Social Network of Sydney received two Gold Stevies and three Silvers, Stockdale & Leggo of Melbourne were awarded two Gold Stevies and one Bronzes, while it was two Gold Stevies for ThermoBrush of Cowell.

Australian winners with more than one Gold Stevie Award were Acquire BPO, Biggin & Scott Knox, ELMO Software Limited, Horizon Communication Group, Manage Damage, Mater Health Services, OrionVM, and Preneur Group.

Award Winning Accelerator received four Silver and two Bronze Stevie Awards. Other Silver and Bronze Stevie Award winners include air events global, Clariti Group, Leadbolt, Mercer Australia, and PaperCut Software.

Gold, Silver and Bronze Stevie winners were selected from more than 3,900 nominations received from organizations and individuals in more than 74 nations, and more than 250 executives worldwide participated in the judging process this year.
