We could quickly define this as, “The quickest way to lose $20 million dollars.”  Designed to increase blood flow, Meldonium was used by Maria Sharapova to reduce cardiac arrhythmia has been listed as a banned substance by the World Anti-Doping Authority.

This creative little term describes the constant pop-ups and prompting that encourage you to upgrade to Windows 10. If you use a PC, and are still running old versions of the popular OS, then you’ll know exactly what we’re talking about.


Matcha Green Tea

 

 

A trend gathering momentum in the United States is substitute coffee for an energy boost from Matcha Green Tea. This is popular for two reasons: Matcha Green Tea is loaded with as much as ten times the anti-oxidants of regular green tea, and American coffee is absolutely shit.

Look out for it in sandwiches, cakes and all other manner of monstrosities at a paleo café near you.
