Jen Brown currently teaches group yoga classes in Canberra. Her business, Yogasana Fitness, aims to provide yoga classes with an emphasis on strength, flexibility and stamina. As a yoga teacher, her philosophy is one of discovery encouraging students to create their own yoga journey by creating a stronger connection with their body, mind and spirit. A yoga practice is an excellent tool for self-study and it is by this that one can examine oneself and one's relationships with others. Her classes are multi-level because she modifies poses to suit each student, rather than modifying the student to suit the pose. She is the creator and organiser for the Summer's End Yoga Festival in Canberra and is currently developing an online course for beginners of yoga which she hopes to make available by August 2017.
