Barbara is a fit, energetic mum of two and wife. She has a BA and Diploma in Education and majored in English Literature and History. She has been an educator for over 26 years and for 21 years been a group exercise instructor teaching Les Mills programs which include RPM, Body Attack, Body Combat along with instructing circuit, Aqua, Boxing, TRX and other aerobic group exercise classes. She is a passionate advocate for lifelong learning, resilience and being strong mentally and physically. She eats well, exercises well and strength trains; and loves a good heavy weight session at the gym. She is in the best shape of her life by setting herself achievable challenges.
