Jetsetters pay attention: Skytrax – the global airline rating website – has announced its big winners for 2015. This year, Qatar Airways took out the top gong, improving one place following on from being last year’s runner-up. 

Aside from Best Airline, the awards are attributed across four other categories:

World's Best Cabin Staff (winner: Garuda Indonesia)
World's Best Inflight Entertainment. (winner: Emirates)
World's Best Low-Cost Airline (winner: Air Asia – for the millionth time in a row)
World's Best Business Class. (winner: Singapore Airlines)

 

 

And the Top 10 for the Best Airline Awards?  It’s a great mix of traditional winners as well as a couple of unexpected entries. Interestingly, If you count Australia as part of the region, they were all Asian carriers.
